•Kian is getting so good at jumping on our trampoline. Michael bought me our tramp for my birthday about 6 years ago and it makes me really nervous to have one with kids. There are soooo many accidents with kids+tramps. I think we'll get rid of it, but for now we're enjoying watching Kian on it. He loves jumping on it and says, "noyng, noyng, noyng" when he's bouncing(he got that from me saying bouncy, bouncy, bouncy when he's jumping).
•He's getting better with food, but still will not eat fruits or vegetables. He loves meat of any kind, even fish. Most days he eats oatmeal with applesauce and brown sugar for breakfast. Then for a snack he'll eat a blueberry nutri grain bar. Then for lunch it's a peanut butter and honey sandwich on wheat bread. Then he'll eat whatever we have for dinner. He loves pasta, meatballs, corn on the cob(with sour cream instead of butter). He loves to dip things; french fries into ketchup, chicken into ketchup or ranch etc... I'm not a nice Mom when it comes to treats. He has treats once in a while, but not very often. He loves his otter pops, and ice but who doesn't?
•He took a little longer to start talking, but now he repeats everything we say. My favorite is when I hear the sweet words of "I wuv you" come out of his mouth. He loves animals and saying the names and sounds of them. If we're driving and he sees an animal he'll say, "Mom, horse, horse, horse, horse" over and over again. When he poops he'll come up to me and say, "poo poo" and point to his bottom. I'll say, "Let's go change your diaper." Then he'll walk up to his room and lay down. He's such a good boy like that.
•I'm sad because he wont give his kisses as freely as he used to. He now likes to give "licky kisses". We'll say, "can I have a kiss?" Then he'll act like he's going to kiss you and stick out his tongue at the last second. He finds it hilarious!
•We can no longer go out to eat with Kian. He is too rambunctious and crazy, the boy just can't sit still! He's a climber and thrower of all things, these two just don't fit together with eating. Hopefully when he gets a little older and better at listening and understanding us, we may have to try again.
•He sleeps so well, and goes to bed very easily. He sleeps 10-12 hours at night and takes a 2 1/2-3 hour nap. When he's ready for bed at night, Mike will say, "time to go to bed", so he'll walk up to his room and try to climb in his crib.
•He full on eats dog food, puts it in his mouth, chews it up, then swallows. Dis-cust-ing.
•He's going to be a sensational big brother to his baby sister.
